Nel cuore di Bormio BEARprogetti risponde con il proprio design alla specifica richiesta del cliente di ampliare l’attività di ristorazione esistente.

Per uno spazio che, coraggiosamente, raddoppia, lo studio interviene raddoppiando la posta in gioco: non basta “mantenere” il carattere originario del locale, è necessario che l’aumento volumetrico non venga percepito dai clienti come una addizione, e per ottenere questo le due parti devono fondersi per restituire una sensazione di famigliarità.

 

Dialogo continuo e scambio di idee e proposte tra studio e cliente sono stati gli elementi base di questa avvincente sfida.

 

“Sembra che sia sempre stato così” è uno dei commenti che confermano ad entrambi di aver centrato l’obiettivo.

 

Perché la volontà era quella di ottenere un locale nuovo in continuità con quello precedente, e non un “nuovo locale”.

 

Da qui la scelta progettuale di collegare le due zone con un gigantesco “punto metallico” rappresentato dal bancone di dodici metri di sviluppo.

 

Bancone che diventa elemento centrale, cuore e motore dell’attività connotato dalla forza bruta della copertura in ferro naturale e del rivestimento in vecchie lamiere arrugginite di recupero.

 

Lamiere utilizzate anche per donare carattere originale alla parete di fondo della nuova zona.

L’altra parete si presta ad ospitare la gigantografia dell’esterno di un tipico bar lungo una highway americana per assecondare l’amore per gli States del cliente.

 

I nuovi tavoli con struttura metallica e legno, insieme ai booth metallici posizionati nella zona preesistente, sono gli elementi necessari per dare uniformità allo spazio per i clienti delle due zone.

In contrasto con la grandezza dello spazio risultante dall’intervento stupisce ancora che a renderlo così famigliare siano, in realtà, così pochi elementi.

 

La chiarezza delle idee del cliente ha permesso allo studio di interpretare al meglio le sue richieste.

 

Una squadra di artigiani eccellenti ha permesso di trasformare in realtà questo progetto.

La fiducia del cliente nell’accettare qualche azzardo è stata ricompensata.
